To increase transparency, the Police Commissioner took the decision to live-stream and record these meetings so you can also monitor the Force's progress.
She also invited members of the public to submit questions, which she in turn, puts to the Chief Constable and her team during the meeting.
The recording of the live meeting and minutes are added as soon as possible after the meeting concludes.
