Commissioner Kennedy meets Formby residents at Homewatch AGM

Jane Kennedy joined over 60 Formby residents today (29.4.13) for their Homewatch AGM, held at Formby High Sixth Form Centre and chaired by Homewatch Area Co-ordinator Roger Sloman.

Jane Kennedy joined over 60 Formby residents today (29.4.13) for their Homewatch AGM, held at Formby High Sixth Form Centre and chaired by Homewatch Area Co-ordinator Roger Sloman.

Commissioner Kennedy talked to residents about the milestones she has reached since becoming Police and Crime Commissioner for Merseyside, including setting the Police budget and producing a Police and Crime Plan; a document setting out Merseyside Police’s priorities for the coming year.

Jane was joined by Chief Inspector Chris Burnham and Neighbourhood Inspector Nigel Stewart, who gave attendees crime prevention advice on how to keep their homes and vehicles safe as well as answering questions around the deployment of resources in the area.
