The two-day conference will also look at the impact of cybercrime on investigations and the detection of child exploitation.

Among the guest speakers at this year's event are the Home Secretary Theresa May who will outline the government's approach to serious and organised crime. There will also be speeches from representatives from the National Crime Agency, the College of Policing, the FBI, Europol and the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Several Chief Constables, including Merseyside Police's top officer Sir Jon Murphy, will be among those contributing to the discussion.
