Merseyside's Police Commissioner is today meeting with the Police and Crime Panel, the body which scrutinses her work.
Jane Kennedy meets six times a year with the Panel. They support the Commissioner in her work, while holding responsibility for overseeing her work and making sure she is holding the Chief Constable to account.
This is the final meeting of this financial year and on the agenda for the discussion is the Commissioner's priority of working with partners to improve road safety. She will also update members on the complaints process, her corporate governance framework andt he work she has undertaken recently in regards to the commissioning of victims' services for 2018-2021 through the Victim Care Merseyside service.
