Jane Kennedy is attending a General Meeting of the Association of Police and Crime Commissioner's (APCC), the national body which represents Police and Crime Commissioners.
Meetings are held bi-monthly and, at this event the first day will focus on a 'deep dive' session into policy in relation to the Policing and Crime Bill, including fire service collaboration and reform of the complaint system, while the second day will include a workshop on collaboration and the governance of specialist capabilities, a review of the funding formula and grant settlement and a key note speech by Deputy Director, Criminal Justice Policy at Ministry of Justice, Catherine Hinwood.
